Those who want to apply for this should be parents or grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents; on the other hand, there is no need for Visitor Visa that anyone can apply for this visa.
A person with a super visa is allowed to stay in Canada for two years without the need to renew their status and visa holders are allowed to stay in Canada for a period of 6 months only. Parental and grant parental visa are a multiple entry visa and it is valid for a period of 10 years, while more than one entry Visitor Visa will have a status term for only six months of each entry.
