What is the process of express entry in Canada?

Canada Express Entry is an immigration process that helps skilled workers chooses to work in Canada. Applicants should submit their online profile in the Canada Express Entry Pool. Provincial governments & Canadian employers are looking for the best residents who are elected to apply for permanent residence by the Canadian federal government. Provincial governments begin to select candidates from the Canada Express Entry System through provincial enrolled programs to meet the labor requirements of local markets.

There are 3 types of federal economic immigration programs:

Invitation to permanent residence

There is a point-based system called the broad ranking system which ranks candidates against each other. The numbers are given according to the information mentioned in their profile. Candidates with the highest score in the pool are invited to apply for permanent residence. A candidate is given points for skilled program in Canada, experience job offer and provincial nomination. Once selected, the candidate gets 60 days to fill the online application for permanent residence; Candidates can stay in the pool for 13 months. If they do not receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence during that time, then you can submit a new profile.

Eligibility

There is no pre-defined skill list in the Canada Express Entry Program, applicants can present their credentials regardless of which profession they are working in. For language qualification, you need to complete the minimum level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) and it is required Passing with the required level of reading, writing and speaking skills by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
